TsukuCTF 2025 について

• TsukuCTF 2025 はオンラインにて開催されます (競技 URL: https://tsukuctf.org )。
• 開催期間は 2025/05/03 12:00(JST) ~ 2025/05/04 11:59(JST) の 24h00m です。
• ジャンルは OSINT, Web, Pwn, Crypto などを予定しています。
• 運営からの連絡は CTFd の Notifications 機能および以下のサービスにて通知を行います。
  • 公式 Discord (URL: https://discord.gg/yyEk4SYsVM )
  • 公式 X(Twitter) (URL: https://x.com/tsukuctf )
• 運営への質問等は公式 Discord の ❓-ask-for-admin チャンネルでチケットを作成してください。Discord が利用できない場合は、Twitter のダイレクトメッセージをご利用ください。ただし、問題の解法に関する質問などにはお答えいたしません。
• 1 チームあたりの人数上限は 4 人です。
• チームで参加する場合はアカウントを共有するのではなく、Team 機能をご利用ください。
• フラグは何度でも入力することができます。ただし一部の問題には回数制限が設けられており、その場合は問題文にその旨が記載されています。
• 誤ったフラグを入力することによる減点はありません。
• 問題の点数は解かれた人数に応じて減少します(一部を除く)。
• 問題サーバへ大量アクセスすることでフラグを入手できる問題はありません(一部を除く)。多くのアクセスを必要とする場合は問題文にその旨が記載されています。
• 有償のツールや環境でしか解くことができない問題はありません。
• CTF の開催期間終了後は WriteUp の公開を推奨しています。

フラグ形式

• フラグは全て TsukuCTF25{} という形式をとります。例えば答えとなる文字列が THIS_IS_FLAG の場合、フラグは TsukuCTF25{THIS_IS_FLAG} となります。
• フラグに使用可能な文字種は数字、アルファベット、記号、ひらがな、カタカナ、漢字などとします。表示不可能な文字は基本的に含まれません。具体的な文字に関しての質問がある場合は、公式 Discord の ❓-ask-for-admin チャンネルよりご連絡ください。
• 座標を特定する問題におけるフラグ形式は問題文に記載のある通り、 TsukuCTF25{緯度_経度} です。ただし、緯度および経度は十進法で小数点以下五桁目を切り捨てたものとします。例えば、日本中央標準時子午線最北端の塔の座標は緯度 35.693098 、経度 135.003078 付近なので、フラグは TsukuCTF25{35.6930_135.0030} となります。また、数メートル程度の誤差が許容されています。なお、一部の問題では違なる形式で出題されることがあります。
• フラグにおける固有名詞は各公式サイト、座標は Google マップを参考に正答を作成しています。他の場所から情報を取得する場合はご注意ください。
• 複数のフラグが答えとして設定されている場合があります。
• 過去に開催された TsukuCTF 2021 のフラグ形式は TsukuCTF{} 、TsukuCTF 2022 のフラグ形式は TsukuCTF22{}、TsukuCTF 2023 のフラグ形式は TsukuCTF23{} でしたのでお間違えの無いようご注意ください。

賞品

• 競技終了後に以下に記載するタイトルでの賞品の贈呈が予定されています。
  • CTF つよつよ学生賞
  • WriteUp 賞
• 対象は日本国内で賞品を受け取れる参加者に限ります。
• これら賞品の獲得条件は予告なしで変更される可能性があります。

学生 CTF つよつよで賞

• 日本の学校に通っている学生の中で、最終順位が 1 位から 3 位までのチームにAmazonギフトカードの形式で賞金を授与します。

• 競技終了後 24h 以内に連絡がない場合は、繰り上げでの賞品贈呈を行います。繰り上げが発生した場合は、前述した公式 Discord および公式 Twitter において通知を行います。また、賞品の辞退が発生した場合も同様とします。

WriteUp 賞

• 競技終了後 48h 以内にハッシュタグ #TsukuCTF をつけてツイートされた WriteUp の中で、運営の評価が高かった 4 名程度にささやかな賞品を贈呈します。ツイートされたアカウントに運営が公式 Twitter よりダイレクトメッセージでの連絡を行うため、許可設定をお願いいたします。
• 連絡後 24h 以内にお返事がいただけない場合やダイレクトメッセージが許可されていない場合、可能な限り運営より連絡を試みますが、受賞が取り消される場合があります。また、賞品の辞退が発生した場合の繰り上げはありません。
• 扱う問題数、記述媒体、著者の属性などに対する運営による評価の差異はありません。例えば正答数が 1 問である WriteUp でも受賞対象となります。
• 複数人で記述された WriteUp においては、代表者 1 名に発送致します。
• クリティカルな非想定解やユニークな解法をお待ちしています。

禁止事項

• スコアサーバなど許可されていないサーバへの攻撃およびそれに準ずる行為
• 問題サーバへの過度な負荷を与える行為
• 1 人が複数のアカウントを作成する行為
• 他ユーザへの嫌がらせ行為や競技を妨害する行為
• 本 CTF の開催期間中にフラグまたはフラグ獲得に関連する情報を公開する行為
• その他、本 CTF の運営を妨げる行為

About TsukuCTF 2025

• TsukuCTF 2025 will be held online (competition URL: https://tsukuctf.org/ ).
• The duration of the event is 24h00m from 12:00(JST) on 05/03/2025 to 11:59(JST) on 05/04/2025.
• Genres will include OSINT, Web, Pwn, Crypto, etc.
• Notifications from the management will be sent using "Notifications" on CTFd and the following services:

  • Official X(ex-Twitter) (URL: https://x.com/tsukuctf )
• If you have any questions for the administrators, please make a ticket in the ❓-ask-for-admin channel. If Discord is unavailable for you, please use the direct message on Twitter. However, we will not answer questions related to the solution of challenges.
• Maximum number of players per team is 4
• If you are joining a team, please use the Team feature instead of sharing an account.
• Flags can be entered as many times as you wish. However, some challenges have a limit on the number of times, which is noted in the challenge text.
• No points will be deducted for entering incorrect flags.
• The score of a challenge decreases according to the number of people who solved it (with some exceptions).
• There are no challenges for which flags can be obtained by accessing the challenge server massively (with a few exceptions). If many access is required, the challenge statement states so.
• There are no challenges which require paid tools and/or environments to solve it.
• We recommend that WriteUp be published after the CTF period.

Flag Format

• All flags are in the form TsukuCTF25{}. For example, if the answer string is THIS_IS_FLAG, the flag is TsukuCTF25{THIS_IS_FLAG}.
• Character types that can be used for flags include numbers, alphabets, symbols, Japanese “hiragana", “katakana", and “kanji". Non-printable characters are generally not included. If you have any questions about specific characters, please contact us via the ❓-ask-for-admin channel on the official Discord.
• The flag format in the challenge of identifying coordinates is TsukuCTF25{Latitude_Longitude} as described in the challenge statement. The latitude and longitude are decimal and rounded down to the fifth decimal place. For example, the coordinates of 日本中央標準時子午線最北端の塔 are around latitude 35.693098 and longitude 135.003078, so the flag is TsukuCTF25{35.6930_135.0030}. An error of a few meters is allowed.
• Proper nouns in the flags are from the official websites, and coordinates are from Google Maps. Please be careful when obtaining information from other sites.
• Multiple flags may be set as the answer.
• The flag formats were TsukuCTF{} for the TsukuCTF 2021, TsukuCTF22{} for the TsukuCTF 2022 and TsukuCTF23{} for the TsukuCTF 2023. Please be careful not to make a mistake.

• Prizes will be awarded at the end of the competition under the titles listed below.

• This applies to domestic participants only.

WriteUp Prize

• Among the WriteUps tweeted with the hashtag #TsukuCTF within 48 hours after the end of the competition, the 4 most highly rated WriteUps by the admin will receive a small prize. Please set your permission so that the management will contact the tweeted accounts via direct message from the TsukuCTF official Twitter.
• If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of contact, or if direct messaging is not allowed, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible, but the prize may be canceled. In addition, if a prize is declined, it will not be moved up.
• There is no difference in the admin's evaluation of the number of challenges, media, language, or author attributes. For example, even a WriteUp with one correct answer is eligible for the award.
• In the case of a WriteUp written by more than one person, we will send it to the representative person.
• Critical non-assumed solutions and unique solutions are welcome :)

Prohibitions

• Attacks on unauthorized servers such as score servers and similar activities.
• Excessive load on challenge servers.
• Harassing other users or interfering with the competition.
• Creation of multiple accounts by one person.
• Public disclosure of flags or information related to obtaining flags during the period of this CTF.
• Other acts that interfere with the operation of this CTF.
